Kendra Randle is the latest to participate in a social media trend that sent husband Julius Randle’s into a fit that was caught on video.
The Knicks power forward fell victim to his wife’s shenanigans after she posted his reaction to her comments on the budding romance of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
“Isn’t it crazy how like Taylor Swift put Travis Kelce on the map?” she said. “Like no one knew who he was.”
Julius Randle’s immediate reaction was nothing short of disbelief.
“You filming right now?” he said. “No one knew who Travis Kelce was? Are you f—ing crazy?”.
After being linked earlier this month, the Kelce-Swift rumors have brought two different fanbases together.
Swifties started pranking their die-hard, football-fanatic friends and families by saying Swift’s budding romance with the Chiefs tight end has “put him on the map.”
“Every football fan and a lot of people outside of football, a lot of people knew who he was,” Randle said in disbelief.
In fact, before his relationship with the pop star, Kelce was widely known for being an eight-time Pro-Bowler, four-time All-Pro and two-time Super Bowl champion.
His accolades earned him enough respect to be considered one of the best tight ends in the game both today and historically.
Randle jumped to defend Kelce and his long list of achievements that go beyond football.
“He had a TV show on E!,” Randle said.
