holly crap, that is just the sorriest thing when a guy that brought you to two straight finals gets fired. there were too many injuries on that team and the lack of a legitemate go 2 guy hurt them. Kenyon(maybe) kidd(maybe) richard(not quite) i didn't think that the nets are as good or have a good team as they have been in the past couple of years. i loved byron as a coach but the fact is, the players didn't feel like playing for him anymore. so maybe he had to go.
oh, definately, this will help the knicks. the nets can't afford to loose anymore games because the celtics and the knicks are just a couple of games behind them, but the fact that their coach got fired will hopefully lead to a loosing start for the new coach. knicks should win every game possible and i think the nets will stumble. (hopefully lol )

now I'm worried about the Nets. Now that Scott's gone.

And you telling me we can't get out of the first round with the Vets on this team. If you want games to count Lenny cant sit H20 and KVH while giving time off for good behavior and expect NY to win.

does anyone else think a clause in Jason Kidd's contract just kicked in? Something like:

iii. Pursuant to Atlantic division standing (section 57 part C), Eastern conference ranking (section 57 part D) and the finalization of Team sale, crappy (endnote 23) coach will be fired.

I tell you what Lenny Wilkens shouldn't be far behind if the knicks go on a losing streak. This guy knew allan was hurt and didn't tell marbury to score more. And he knows now that Frank has to be the pg when he and steph are on the court at the same time, the offense runs smoother that way.

Silver let's just say I stick by my guns, I didn't like the lenny hiring by Zeke I would have preferred John Thompson and it didn't mean I want chaney or Layden back. Now before you guys get silly, I'm not saying that lenny can't coach anymore just not the NYK. I wanted a PF in here pg come a dime a dozen, low post threats are hard to come by, matter of fact we already have a pg Frank Williams and all Zeke had to do was hold is horses and sent Dice (character guy) and others to Portland since they are gonna lose SHEED any way.
