I don't have a lot of it---10k shares but while I'm a super duper believer in IGOI long term--this is the cousin of that stock and it ONLY has a 3mm share float. It's the kind of float that can move up 15 points in a day but you have to be in it before it spikes. I do my homeowrk and I think it truly has the potential to have one of these spokes soon--nothing will give it away--it will just happen like what you saw with GSIT today. If I sit in IGOi for 2 more years I dont care--it's going to bring back a fortune imho. But there is a solid chance that in the short term CMRO spikes--and for 2-3k share buy--you could snag 30/60k in a day.

Interesting thoughts Briggs.. I've done pretty well with IGOI since you brought it up, so this is definitely something worth looking into - it had a nice little jump today too. As you said, the volume is low, but this thing appears to have pretty big boom potential.

CMRO could be a very quick hit monster. I remember by chance buying HAUP 12 years ago because I had a position in WAVX. It was a TV tuner card company that at the time had a 2.8mm share float. Mark Cuban of all people --was actually pretty popular with his Broadcast.com and [which was a very hot property and stick] and he mentioned Haup and the things went up 26 points in a day and a half. These low float stocks can just explode with very small pushes. This is a trade position but I have a feeling this might do something soon.

Thanks Briggs. I will put an order in today. Small.

Just to point something out to the others. As Briggs said, the volume is extremely low. One has to be careful. If a few people feel they have to rush into this, the price will jump as it did yesterday when it jumped from $2.81 to $2.97 on one order of 200 shares(almost 6%). My advice is to put in an order at a fair price (you decide) and let it get filled. But don't go chasing it as you may pay 10% higher than needed.

In the past 10 trading days the total vol has been 28,100 shares for a daily average of 2,800 shares/day trades. 3 weeks ago, Nov 13 had a total of 300 shares traded.

Right---it doesnt take a lot of shares with a small float. But that is the whole key sometimes--if you are not in the thing--you don't get that action on it. Haup used to trade about the same amount of shares 3-4k a day--then one day bang it went from 4 to 30 in a day and a half.

Briggs, any thoughts on how they did in the 3rd Qtr? A good report will obviously send this soaring.

Briggy,

12 years ago the market environment was very different. I realize that your just discussing a different stock in a different time but do you think in this environment a stock could run up so fast? I would think it difficult. Tech stocks were rockstars back then and logic was no existant.

My guess is that they will do well. The stock has help up all Q and seems to be trading very nicely. If we see a surge through 3.50--we will see 5.00$ and fast. This is not a usual stock--when this thing moves it will be like a freight train. If they do 10-12.5mm in rev---6 12.5 to 15--8-9

You're absolutely right--but the fact is there are 3mm share OS--it will move like a freight train if it spikes.

again, novice here but it looks like many stocks w/o the huge quarter earnings or PR are being sold off now for minimal gains or to claim some capital losses. sell now, come back 30 days later since nothing crazy will happen in the interim.

does that sound like a possibility? or too much emotional investing going on?

Velocity does play into low float stocks whose "Story" is about trading volume.

Maybe the old "buy on rumor, sell on news" is applicable here. "Traders" do play towards the "heat" but thats cool. Some trade, some invest. Im more into the fundamentals of a company so in time the buzz comes back and then the traders spike up the volume and elevate the price. The key is if you trade you gotta goe in and out quickly, but like briggy says you gotta get in early and wait. Home runs are hit by anticipating the potential of a spike in trading volumne.. Sooooo, DJ you are rignt.

IGOI had a nice run up to 1.49 and has been kind of ugly since then - I think a strong 4th quarter might bring it back but the history of this stock and management is not so hot. Granted a run from below a buck up to 1.49 is great. I picked up a bunch at 1.38 though which is not looking too good right now, I had a feeling it would hit the 1.20 range again and should have been more patient.

Over-reacted to the downside--short term. Give it a week or two and watch.

I am holding tight for sure - just hate when that happens but ups and downs are common

I have plenty of incentive to be very patient
