kid looks like Stephon Marbury when he was in HS in these clips... sick ballhandle, sick athleticism, flare for showmanship... hopefully he doesn't have the bipolar manic depressive tendencies... i'd love for us to end up w/this kid someday when he declares for the draft.

Branden Jennings was discussed here a year or maybe even 2 years ago ago--go look it up He was a Uconn recruit for 2.5 years and best friends with Marcus Williams. Most people who follow college hoop seriosuly have known about Jennings for years.

i guess u didn't notice the pretty huge amount of sarcasm aimed at posters who strive to get credit for every single prediction of theirs that comes true by posting 10 million threads about the same exact prospect ad nauseum.

just wanted to bump this to show McK1 what the hell i'm talking about when i bring up the Marbury comparisons... i'm not hating on Branden Jennings... i actually wanted this kid pretty bad before last year when i started seeing some red flags w/some of his comments & attitude... would still have loved to have him right now for that matter even w/the questions obviously... kid has undeniable talent & ability... i never said he didn't.

It's one thing to say Hilton Armstrong will be an NBA player when he's a freshman while everyone else says he sucks. That's impressive. It's also impressive to predict Courtney Lee will be an NBA player the day you saw him play at 19 years old. Predicting success for obscure players that no one has heard of(like I did with these two) is impressive. But claiming you discovered some kid who's being touted on youtube and is the Naismith player of the year and plays in the Mcdonald's All-American game is about as impressive as a 7 footer dunking.

Sorry TMS. I was first to advocate Brandon Jennings. My first post on this board regarding Jennings was on September 24th, 1989. I was advocating for this kid from the beginning.
