Congratulations on a successful trade. Due to New York and Dallas being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York and Dallas had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Change in Team Outlook: -10.6 ppg, +2.3 rpg, and +0.2 apg. Incoming Players Juwan Howard 6-9 PF from Michigan 0.7 ppg, 1.7 rpg, 0.3 apg in 7.3 minutes Erick Dampier 6-11 C from Mississippi State 5.4 ppg, 6.9 rpg, 0.8 apg in 22.5 minutes Outgoing Players Wilson Chandler 6-8 SF from DePaul 2.8 ppg, 1.4 rpg, 0.3 apg in 7.4 minutes Eddy Curry 6-11 C from Thornwood (HS) 13.9 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 0.6 apg in 26.6 minutes I THINK ISIAH WOULD DO THIS KIND OF MOVE FOR A SHOTBLOCKING CENTER
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
