Since, it seems we are going to battle the NBA with this roster. Last year, The team won 21 games. How many wins can we get with this team plus this years rookies and thomas as coach?
I say knicks win 34-38 games and battle the 8th spot in the east. What is your prediction?

lots of offense, no defense and 35 wins. Most fans will be happy with that, I certainly will not.

40 wins. I'll enjoy watching the team play again because I think the games will be more competitive. But I'm still quite pessimistic about the long-term prospects of this team.

I think we'll be somewhere between 35 and 40.
It will be close but I'm thinking we squeak into the playoffs.
Alot of teams in the East lack depth and are only an injury away from trouble.
If we get less than 35 wins I think IT will be fired.

I guess I'm the most cup-half-full of us, as I'm going 42-44 W's. I think this is gonna be a fun team to watch. The fellas are gonna play for pride...Marbury is gonna play like the all star he is...and we're gonna be competitive on most nights. I honestly believe that. Last year was a circus. We have young talent, who work hard and are gonna all be playing with a chip on their shoulders. Or at least that's what I pray.

I think we will defend. I think we will have several above average defenders on the roster who will fight for PT. I think Nate turns into a real pain in the a--, gnat like defender. Balkman looks the part & then some. I'm excited about Jefferies. I think Lee is an excellent defender at the 4 (not the 3).

And puttiing individual defensive ability aside, I think IT will have these guys running thru a wall for him. I think he'll create an us against the world mentality.

45 wins, and a playoff berth... bounced out of the 1st rd as presently constructed. A trade that balances the team (ie; Kenyon Martin) Maybe an Eastern Conference Championship OPPORTUNITY @ best

If the Knicks get Jeffries and then KMart, I'll say 46wins and I will be extremely happy, FINALLY, with the Knicks roster and the job that Isiah has done.
