crzym has it. It's not a dribbling drill it's a passing and running drill.

yeah you aren't supposed to dribble.....I hated that drill. sometimes you have to dribble just to get your footing or if someone is out of position.

I had a coach make the group do laps if you dribbled. I hated that guy because I didn't think he knew that much about basketball. He was a jerk.

Remember all those sloppy breaks we sometimes had. Guys too close together, not close enough, misshandling the ball, dribling off their foot etc. Well this is part of LB's plan, get these guys back to basics and fundementals then build them back up and put in his system. These guys really need to get the fundementals down, cuz no one has been making them do it. LB is gonna make sure they play tight, efficient basketball :)
