I said it in a different post but I'm am so annoyed to see Ariza with his head down like that during the full court dribble drill.



Rose and Houston seem to be looking down but still are focusing forward.

Ariza needs to go everywhere with a basketball. I'm so annoyed at that.

Check out the 3 man weave drill. H20 is not wearing anything on his knee! That is a good sign!

Frye doesn't look like he's lost the pre-draft added bulk.

Lee looks like he desperately needs to a) get in the weight room b) get some sunshine every once in a while.

Well, a few of us, including myself, said that it looked like Marbury gained a little weight based on some pics we saw of him in his wife beater, drunk and at some party. We were wrong. Based on appearance, he looks to be in great shape.

if marbury did gain weight, these could be some reasons:

1. this was his first summer off since 03/04-olympics-04/05 so he just chilled
2. he bulked up for the switch to shooting guard
3. he started hanging with the big game a little too much this summer

also, Q looks a little pudgy as well
all those late nights in the city sipping some hypnotiq finally caught up with him

IS that big game lames on the floor with his hammy wrapped up int he background of the pic with Lee Dunking?

Im in charleston 4 times a year. The main street they walking down is a fun place. SOme good eating down there.

These guys shorts so long the look like Capri's! Nate looks like he playing in "Miss Celies folks pant!"

Houston never wears anything...Maybe he should. Those braces with the stablizers work....after I get a good work out on the machines I always feel like I could run a full court with that thing on.......then I my leg gets tired and I sit my ass down.



Still these things help but they do make you dependent on it.......but geez man he is still not going full speed in practice? WTF?

I wear strong ankle braces (Active Ankle braces) because both my ankles are not that good anymore after a few bad sprains and one fracture. I'd never play without the braces.
