Assuming the Knicks are zeroed in on Frye and he's gone would you trade down 3-5 slots if it meant picking up another 1st rd pick?

Trade down? All depends on what we'd gain. For example, I might consider flipping with the Bobcats with Emeka Okeafor as compensation.

Ok...seriously, how about:

8 and Sweets for 19 and Gasol

Take Petro at 19 & Turiaf at 30.

neither one of those is realistic. Sweets makes 2 and gasol makes 10, its not even close to working.

I would trade down with Denver...

JYD, 8th pick for Nene, Lenard(filler), 20th and 22nd pick.

I see them doing this if Martell Webster or Antoine Wright is available at 8.

I think Warrick is a Net at 15.

Bynum is gone to the Lakers.

I would pick the following...

20 - Petro - 7'
22 - Taft - 6'10"
30 - Blatche - 7'
54 - Tischer - 6'10"

Dang! Nothing but Redwoods!

With the NBDL, we have a lot of options....

Bocker....not bad. But, I wouldn't touch Taft at 22. I think he's high risk & far less reward than people think. With that 22nd pick, I'd take Jarrett Jack (BPA, always BPA).

how about pick 8 and 54 for pick 12 and 32 (CLippers)

take
12 Diogu
30+32 Blatche/Mile Ilic/Randolph Morris/Amir Johnson
get some prospect with size and get them playing in the SL + NBDL

Take out the 54th pick then it is something I would like to happen. This is assuming they want someone at 8. I don't think they would do this though since they are high on Korolev and he should be there at 12. If this happens then with the current rumors going around I would pick the following...

12 - Vazquez - His stock looks to be dropping.
30 - Blatche
32 - Randolph Morris
54 - Lucas Tischer

Really? Taft was slated to be take in the top 3 a year ago. At 22, this is a gamble I think we can take.

No, more like a no brainer at #22. Its not even worth discussing, at that price, its worth it, he'll be making close to Jackie Butler money, if he doesn't make it, it costs us relatively nothing.

Yes, even w/ Frye available I'd consider trading down to the LA Clippers: Tim Thomas and #8 for Elton Brand and #12

Then w/ #12: Select Andrew Bynum

Bynum
Brand
Richardson
Crawford
Marbury

Then I'd try to sell Sweetney/Hardaway and #30 to a team that has a mid-draft selection and wants cap space
