Mavs would save $51mm if they release him... which means he will just go where he wants because he's getting paid.

Maybe they will pick Dampier instead and we get him for cheap

if Finley can sign w/any team at a discount, i don't see him coming here...he'll probably go to a team w/a shot at the title next year.

Yeah isiah will not want anything to do with signing Finley. I know we defense but is the 35yr old Finley really the answer especially now that we have a glut at SG/SF with Q. Finley is only getting older and slower. Now if we draft a great SF like Green, Granger or Graham than that would make us a dangerous team.

Either the Suns, Heat or San Antonio - maybe Minnesota if they get their act together but I doubt it. Those would be my guesses.

I dunno but I think Finley is still too good for them just to dump like that.

But, Penny or TT for Damp & filler- then, they could just waive Penny or TT & viola.
