Yeah knew it they were the better team. And Manu is awesome, why because he plays with passion he probably has more passion in him then all the NYK players combined.
Thats so unfair. I don't agree with that statement at all! So you tell me that because the Spurs won the championship on the 7th and final game, in practically the last quarter because it was all tied up entering the fourth, they are the best team? This teams are so great both that they had practically the same series, only that one had to win in the end. Both dominated the first two games at home, both fought hard on games 5 and 6 and in game 7 it was close till the last second. I don't agree the Suprs are the better team. In fact, maybe if you consider it evaluating team play, Detroit is better because without no stars they were oh so close to win the championship. But I don't think either team is better than the other. If this was a great series was because both teams were reall the best ones in the NBA.
This wasn't the case of the best team, this was the one that performed the better at the last moment, and on this game it was the Spurs. But no, I think in terms of which team is the best, I gotta say both are the best...
Yup they are the better team why because they will be wearing the rings. Tell me I though the kNicks were the better team against the Spurs but injuries made sure they didn't wear the rings. Yes Spurs were the better team if the pistons were they would have had home field advantage but the pistons didn't and it cost them. So the better team won.

So you thought that about the Knicks? I was pulling for NY to win, but it was obvious who was the best team. We had no Ewing before the series started, so how could you have thought that NY was the better team? Anyway, past is past.
About today, about which was the best team, thats your opinion. I won't say that San Antonio didn't deserve to be champions because they had a great series, fought hard and proved they are true champions. They have a heck of a team full of champions (not because they won, but because of how they play). But taking the credit away from the Pistons is just the mistake I hate to see everyone doing, from media to fans. They have no stars, yet they have such a great team as a whole, they never quit, and no matter how many stars the other team has, they still win.
I think this wasn't a matter of which was the best team because its known anything can happen in a game 7. My opinion is that either team deserved to win it all, therefore I think both are the best. San Antonio won today, but it could've gone either way. Chauncy didn't have his best game.
Congrats to the Spurs and the Pistons because both proved to be true champs. Its a shame only one could be the champ...
