I am being optimistic here. You can call me crazy if you want, but from what I have read this morning, if any of it turn out to be true, we will have an awesome team...I know that we may not win many games, but the fact that I know that most of Layden's boys will no longer be in town pleases me...

For too long we have suffered as fans, for too long we have had to put up with this nightmare....Isiah has showed me a lot as a GM, and that alone has earned him mad props from me and fans with good senses. He is willing to take chances and most of all, he wants to succeed. Some of his moves may be very questionable, but you can fault this dude for not trying.

Here is a question to you all, if and when we become a winning team, will Isiah continue to stand at his favorite spot during games??? because frankly, a real good coach may not appreciate the fact that he does that....

Andrew!!!! to win you have to lose first...Patience is a good thing to have. If all turn out to be true, in two years we will be a contender for sure...

it's not just awesomeness andrew but the awesome potential to be VERY awesome in an awesome kind of way. doesn't that sound AWESOME. :)

KT is not the problem, he has contributed well to keep the team from being pathetic this year.

The reason you lose, and lose big is to get franchise players in the draft. Sucking with no real purpose, well, sucks!

Actually, we have the potential to be a god awful team next year, but it could be better for the long run, all depending on how we do with the draft. One thing though. We'll prolly be seeing a lot more of JYD, and Mike Sweetney is now a starting NBA power foward.

Yeah, I think it's more likely that Boozer or Gasol or some other player will be starting at PF than anyone currently on the roster

Isiah is going to surprise a lot of folks....Malik and Sweetney may be in a different uniform by beginning of the season...Isiah has too many options right now...He is very disappointed with what has transpired, the fact that the team got booed many times at the Garden, the fact that we didn't have a front court presence, the fact that we are a lottery team, etc....Look, no one wants to face the fans after such a horrible season, but he did anyway....That speaks volume about the character of the man..

Why would a coach be bothered by that? Isiah doesn't talk to the players.
