Take him at 54? I won't assume any trades, but say we come out of round 1 with Frye (seems a foregone conclusion) and Julius Hodge....does a back-up PG make sense at 54 (I suppose Ewing, Gilchrist, Diener would belong here as well).

What is the story on Bracey Wright? Normally a pick that late wouldn't even make the team, right?

Bracey Wright is really dumb if you ask me. The guy had a good year last year at Indiana and he could have really built upon that year with one more good year at Indiana and come out next year as a potential lottery pick with the age-limit. Instead, he's taking the chance of not even being drafted at all. Dumb.

A pure shooting combo guard. Reminds me of Ben Gordon. I wouldnt mind drafting Bracey eventhough he has been injury plagued in college.

Diener is a pure point.

I love Head (joke). Seriously, nice entry. He was big time in the tourney. Tough as nails. In some ways, he reminds me of Chauncey Billups when he 1st entered the league (not now).

I don't know Orien Green.

Green... pure athlete from a small school...

might be raw because of lesser competition.

Not to be cynical, that that reads like a Jameson Brewer analysis.

For sure. Bracey has a ton of talent, its too bad from a Indiana standpoint, I feel really bad for Mike Davis, players keep leaving on him and he hasnt had a chance to keep a solid core of players together there at Indiana. Bracey has more talent then Ariza does for sure and would be a great pick at 54 for the Knicks. I just think its dumb from his own standpoint becuase he could be a MUCH higher pick next year.

Luther Head is better now but I think Bracey has alot more overall potential. This is where Isiahs knack of picking the right rabbit out of the hat comes into play.

both are intriging picks @54 if we draft a long wing player and 6-10+ C/PF with the previous picks. This Knicks team can become so much better just next year it would be unbelievable! especially if we pick up Big Z to man the C spot at a high level for a few years!

there may be better talent at 54, but I want ewing on this team. then wouldnt it be great to bring in Pat as an assistant.
