Maybe b/c he hasn't hired an agent or made anything official?
Well if he hasn't gotten an agent yet or made anything official then his name should be on the list of players for the draft. Until he makes it official is the only time his name would not appear on the list. My feeling is he is headed for UCONN. He is out of the draft. ANd a team hasn't made a promise to him.

I think draftnet is PREDICTING Bynum will pull out, but other sites are predicting he'll stay. It's all a guess at this point. There is a rumor some team in the top ten offered Bynum a promise...

NBAdraft.net doesn't know anything that we don't know, they are just predicting that he will not stay in. Bynum still has not made an announcement about pulling out of the draft and has continued to workout with teams after Jimmy Calhoun publicly stated that he thinks he should goto school for a few years and have his game become more well-rounded. If Robert Smith was picked 12th last year then Andrew Bynum will no doubt go as well. Teams like to keep hush hush about these types of players because they want to draw as little publicity towards them so teams remain skeptical about them and then the other team can swoop in and take him. Bynum will stay in the draft and will be picked in the lottery.
