How early can a team begin to trade their draft pick?

What do you mean dido? Once the player is drafted? Once a team drafts a players rights they can trade him literally 1 second after they've drafted him. You see this quite often on draft night.

I think Dido wants trades like today. The Knicks can't trade the 8 pick until after they select the player. They can't trade the pick, only the player.

As for trading picks, I think most trades occur on draft night, but some have happened in the days leading up to the draft. I doubt there will be any trades til the weekend before the draft. I don't know the actual rules about WHEN is the earliest two teams could trade picks after the trading deadline. I wonder if they have to wait for the Finals to end?

No they can make trades now. They just make pretend trades and sip on pretend drinks at Dido's ****tail parties.
