Look here, this dude was once considered to be a hell of a PG, just because he had an accident doesn't mean that he is done and over with...God works in misterious ways....Jay's game is similar to Marburry, but he is just a little smarter with the ball than Marburry is...Who is better for this kid to learn from other than Marburry? With him on our bench, Marb wouldn't need to play 40+ minutes anymore, we could easily have the both of them on the court together at times...He would be very affordable, because all he needs at this time is a chance to prove that he can still play basketball. He and Marb are boys, therefore Marb should go to Isiah and demand that he takes a long look at Jay Williams...

I like Laimbeer at back up point also! Great Idea.

How many roster spots we got open? And we got three draft picks this year?

Memphis is looking into dealing their 19th pick, a lot of other teams are trying to deal their picks also, maybe with the veterans that we have around we will be able to do something....

I just want a fresh start...a brain new front-court..

According to Insider....
Williams said he has a handshake deal with the Bulls to give them the right of first refusal after seeing him work out. He doesn't think it's likely that they'll sign him, however, with Kirk Hinrich and Ben Gordon thriving in Chicago. If Chicago is not an option, he's hoping to land with a veteran team with title aspirations, such as the Spurs, Pacers or Timberwolves.

Eh. I don't want another retread. I'd rather have Antonio Daniels from Seattle. He's much bigger and a better defender. People forget that when Jay Williams was healthy and playing, he wasn't very good and couldn't win the PG job from Crawford fair and square.

You REALLY want to bring Jay Williams in here, who Crawford HATES and create a playing time situation with those two guys AGAIN? Are you kidding me?

Actually lets get Crawford out of the building and we will be better, how about crawford plus the 30 to move up, and then give jay williams his time off the bench
