the euros EVERY SINGLE one of them--petro[fck jeromoe moiso in disguise, splitter, hes a PF and NO where NEAR NBA ready, I will say Vazques is more NBA ready, but he's a frikin NBA role player IMHO. If we want Vazquez, we might as well just sign Chris Andersen who is nBA prepared.

FACT ONLy Bogut is ready for the nBA 5, thats it NO other player blatche bynum akindale splitter[who is 220 pounds] petro, they are NOT going to start NBA basketball next year they need time toi develop JERMAINE ONEAL needed time to deevlop he didnt get of the bench for 4 years.

But you are short changing the organization by just drafting a guy to put at 5.

if that is the case, might as well trade the pick and do what every other Knick team does

the management cannot develop players, so they can settle for mediocre moves and play from retreaded vets.

pick 8 to Dallas for the 70mm $ man Dampier go ahead--just get it over with! and I will be laughing my arse off as allthese eastern confernce teams truck by us again and again and again.

We have to bite the bullet and devlop a C thats it. Draft and devlop a C and go ouit and spend some F money on Jerome James.

somebody call the medics...it's finally happened...briggs has snapped.

i agree 100% about this team's philosophy and management but there's something that's telling me isiah is going to actually KEEP this #8 pick.

Briggs, I agree Bynum is the best big man option, well perhaps tied with Taft on potential. But I think the Knicks take someone who can contribute NOW, like Graham, Granger, Warrick.

I also still say that the Knicks should grab a SF, because that was THE problem position last season.

Briggs, from your scouting report on Bynum's workout situation yesterday, do you think it's possible he slips to 30 like some have said? Could we get him at 19 if we acquired Memphis' pick for cash? I would love Bynum, but I would hate to pass up a future all-star caliber player like Graham or Warrick to get him.

you know what though? 2 years is almost the perfect timeline for the Knicks.

- TT and Penny will both be gone and/or traded for.
- Crawford will have grown up (hopefully).
- Ariza will be consistant.
- Taylor will be gone.
- Houston will be gone.

That's about the perfect time for a 2 year developing C to show up.

I agree this team is going nowhere for two years, but do we really want to take Sam Bowie over a potential all-star like Graham or Warrick. To some extent, we know how good Graham and Warrick will be. Bynum is a mystery...

Also, let's not forget that Brendan Suhr has said this is an awful draft for centers...and a great one for forwards...

I just hope they pick a guy that will really develop. I dont have a problem with waiting 2 years for the guy to develop, I have a problem with waiting 2 years to see if the guy develops. I am sure everyone feels the same way.

it's all a crapshot. Could be Jermaine ONeal, could be DeSagana Diop.

The Knick's management should be thrilled because we all know how much they love forwards!!!!!!

I don't think Taft will take 2 years to be the NBA role player he will turn into. I think he'll play pretty decent in his rookie season and improve marginally after that.

but yeah the rest of em are gonna take a minute, thats just reality.

Briggs, I think everyone knows this. Personally I don't think there is a ready player big man in this draft including Bogut. A shot blocking big man will have more of any impact. I think you are unfair with the Moiso comparison to Petro. Beyond them being black French man and friends, they have different games.
