Anyway here is what was said about the Knicks...

"Graham had a phenomenal workout just last week. An NBA executive who was at this particular workout said off the record that he personally thinks that Graham will get snatched up at #8 by the Knicks, though."

"This is a very cautious situation that we're in. You have to be conservative in terms of using your assets and using them wisely. We're building for the future." - Zeke (I guess not protecting a first round pick is being conservative)

I rather trade the pick than to take graham at 8, I think he is a good player but not a lottery pick type player... He is a strong player with big hands, that usually looks good in workouts, during the games and NBA games I am talking about here, I think he will be undersized at the PF and not quick enough at the sf, in other words a tweener and his jumper is not good enough to play SF IMO...

They said he is quick and can get high to the basket. We need someone like that. DraftCity.com has it reporting that we are taking Tiago, which I wouldn't mind, but Graham seems like another TT. Who knows...The Knicks will take the best player, regardless of the position.

Graham reminds me of Q Richardson when Q was coming out of college. An intense, physical guy who played around the hoop a lot college. Because he's intense & physical, the TT comparison does not apply. Good, not great athlete.

Q's range improved & he became a full time 2.

While I don't like the pick at 8, I'd like it later.

I would rather draft his twin brother, Stevie Graham, with the 2nd round pick, 54, then pick Joey with our 8th.

Pending a good workout, there is no way we pass on Bynum at 8 if he's available. Briggs is right on the money here. We desperately need to orcestrate a deal to grab another draft pick in the top 25, however.
We will NEVER win with Marbury as our cameo guy.

I'm warming to the thought of taking Graham. He's got that rare ability of not only being a phenomenal athlete, but one of the strongest players in the league as well. Plus he's deadly from the mid-range area and seems to be improving a lot.

Yeah and he can get to the hole. I am definitely intrigued by him. It seems as though he could develop into an Andre igodola or maybe eeven Ron Artest type. You gotta be intrigued by that. I want a big but I can't say I'd be mad at this pick. He sounds better than Granger to me, because of his athleticism, strength, and size.

Yeah, he may actually get the edge over Granger at this point. You figure while Granger is a good athlete, Graham is a great athlete. He's stronger and is just an overall physical speciman. Granger may be more versatile and handle the ball and pass better but Graham's strengths are better than Granger's, if that makes any sense. It sounds like they're pretty equal when it comes to shooting and scoring, but Graham seems to have a better mid range game and with his athleticism, he clearly has more potential. I definitely see him as a Shawn Marion type, while i see Granger as a Joe Johnson type. I give the edge to Marion slightly.

I am not feeling Graham, I have seen him play a bit, he reminds me nothing of artest or iggy, he is strong with big hands, but he is not a great athlete, a good athlete, yes, but not a high flyer, he is a good player but no way I pass up bynum for him at 8..
