While many people feel warrick is going to have a hard time making the transition to SF, what makes him not able to be a good PF? KMart spent 4 years in college, is 6'9 in shoes, 230 pounds, and like warrick, relies on freakish athletic ability. Both are good post players but are raw away from the basket, at least that was the case with Martin coming out of college. Warrick probably even has a better midrange game and ball handling ability then Martin did. And the only thing that separates these two players is 1 inch at the most and 10 pounds. People can say warrick has marion-like potential, but i honestly see him turning out to be very similar to Martin, which is why i still like the idea of taking him with the 8th pick. Thoughts?

Warrick isn't as nasty on defense as KMart. Also, Kenyon relentlessly attacks the rim, which is somewhat different from how Warrick approaches thing. I think Warrick's offensive game is actually more varied: better mid-range J and post-up ability. Both run the floor well and block shots well.

Kmart is just plain bigger though. He's 6'9" 235lbs. Warrick is 6'8" 210lbs, maybe he could get to 220. I think a better comparison in terms of PFs is Stromile Swift. They are built identically, and both have comparable athleticism and Warrick has a better head on his shoulders than Swift, plus he plays smarter and has a better offensive game. IF you wanna say Warrick is like Swift who knows how to play, I'd play along. I'd still love to take Warrick.
