Nbadraft.net has a look at the free agent agents, both restricted and unrestricted, Watson looks the best to me out of the bunch.

A perennial member of the "All Underrated Team," Watson will be looking to leave the Grizzlies and take on a starting spot elsewhere. After being one of the top second-rotation point guards in the NBA for the past couple years, Watson is rightfully looking to escape the shadow of Jason "White Chocolate" Williams (some argue Watson is actually the better point guard). Anywhere between five and ten teams could be in the running for Watson's services, depending on what happens with other, bigger name free agents. He's a very efficient player and always plays within himself. Rarely does one see Watson careening out of bounds on a reckless drive or bouncing a no-look pass off the basket support when a simple bounce pass would do. Don't look for Watson to average 20 points a game with that jumper, but he's steady and can defend any team's first rotation point guard. Milwaukee could be an excellent situation for him to end up in with TJ Ford's status for the future in doubt. Keep an eye on this guy.
