I got these picks of his site. I want this cat on the Knicks.

He looks so disintersted. He really needs to play harder with more intensity. I'm being sarcastic.

Brooklyn baby!

Here's another pic from the site.

Both these guys could be Knicks next year. I'm talking about Hodge and Charlie V.

Hodge is from Harlem and Charlie is from BK!!!

Bring NY back to the Garden! At least Charlie V.

I would love to have Ariza and Charlie V as our 3-4 combo for the future. Stick a center in there with Marbs and Craw? we cooking with grease now!

All right so you got some nice shots of Charlie. The majority of people who watched him consistently at college said his intensity and focus on the court sucked. Can you counter that with something more than some nice snapshots?

This is true, but at least from what's been said he has worked extremely hard in workouts and looks good. Granted he needs to work hard because he's fighting for a draft spot, but the same can't be said of Chris Taft to name one. I honestly think CV would be a very nice pickup. A home town guy who has all his talent. A guy like him hasn't come around since Odom. Sure Taft is the same, but CV already has advanced skills at the power forward position, unlike Taft. CV is compared to a player like Odom, but i honestly think in the end he will be a full time PF with a Webber-like game. He has that potential at least when it comes to his polished skills, NBA body, and interior passing.

Stop with the Tim Thomas comparisons. These guys are two different personalities. Timmy would be in post game interviews talking like he drops 30 everynight. He's more concerned with other things than basketball. Timmy used to beef when with the Bucks, saying he does not want to play power forward. He's not about winning.

I think Charlie is more like Derrick Coleman without the attitude. Or Keith Van Horn with better handle.
I'd even compare him to a young Terry Cummings.

I grew up in East New York, Brooklyn where his family is now. I just got that extra feeling for this kid. He has the skills, the size and the humble attitude.

CV and Reezy!!!!

I don't know how the rest of you feel about this but i would actually like to get Ilguaskus somehow and have our starting frontcourt be him at center, CV at PF, and TT at SF. You're looking at a big versatile line-up that may not be great defensively but can make up for it with size and be an unreal threat offensively. These 3 would cause mismatch problems as they can all post up and all shoot outside. I think TT could have a good year because he really needs to establish himself as not a total waste of talent.

I wouldn't be opposed to him at 30, but not at 8.
