with the way nazr is playing, isiah CLEARLY dropped the ball and should've traded for duncan instead to play WITH mohammed here in ny. seriously, what's isiah's problem?

I think that isiah knows right about now that he has little to no chance to get a big man at 8 that would contribute from the 5 like Nazr. Now in the longer term, of course there are serious possibilities at 8, but we still dont have enough information.

Pick 30 better be like a Louis Williams who has a chance to flourish into a really good player in a couple of years. If we get a big PG[Hodges] and a small 2G[Williams] that can work.

or we can get a big SG in Webster and a smaller PG in Robinson

yeah but right now, the trade just doesnt make sense in a way. In some respect, you say you need to rebuild, on the other hand you are taking Malkik rose for an extra 2 years.

who knows, lets hope Bynum works out well! that would help!

to come away with 3 drafted players would be GREAT. put them together with ariza, sweets, and possibly butler and we're talking 6 young players to develop. FOUR players this draft would be better but i can't get greedy, just asking for the 3 and not trading any of them would be a miracle.

i just hope this organization doesn't create any false hype or buzz if they happen to get a bynum or frye at #8 and the media doesn't get all over them if he doesn't play or stinks his first year.

I like Nazr, but this is silly. Malik and two 1st rounders, no way any GM turns that down. Nazr is good, but looks even better playing with TD, Bowen, Ginobili, and Parker. Now let's hope Isiah follows this up right by using those picks for good rooks or trading them in packages for dudes like Artest or Odom etc, etc.
