This what Isiah is going to do come Draft day. With the number 8 pick (maybe 1 2 3,9 10) we draft the best available( Taft Granger etc). With the 30 pick we draft a big guy(akindele morris, hopefully bynum). With the 54th pick we draft best available (hodge jawad ewing).

If we buy the #19 pick from Memphis this strategy could change up a lil. Maybe he trades the #30

With this strategy we address our teams needs as well as adding , player(s) that can help right away.
