We are seeeing a rash of gazy like big men whom are fairly talented, yet can command a large payscale due to the low supply of big men.

Curry, Dampier, Kwame, and Jerome James are just 4 that come to mind that will get paid nice, but perhaps don't love the game enough to put in the work. Curry might have an excuse with his recently diagnosed heart disorder, but there is a lot of money to be made!

These guys are career basketball players, and its hard damm work! being a professional requires discipline and a burning desire to succeed. Doing it for gobs of bling is not a good reason. A sucessful lifestyle must be the symptom of a great player.

A lot of NBA players are plateauing bigtime when they get the big money.

guys who play soley for money, are the types I don't want on the knicks. Play because you love the game, the money are the fruits of your labor, I mean everyone will get paid playing in the NBA, actually all those cats are overpaid. For clowns like jerome James, Kwame, Dampier to cheat the game and to play their best during contract years is just disgusting... It is a priveledge to play pro sports.... They need to treat it as such...

but it's not players faults if they do not love the game but can still do it well enough to make bank - those guys should still take the $$ because the teams are making the mistakes of hiring these guys.
