Do we hav both our mid and our low level exceptions to use this year? If so, that would clear up some of the questions about signing Butler and our second round pick, while keeping the mid-level for someone who might actually help.

we have both. You have the MLE *every* year and the LLE once every two years. We didn't use it last year and thus can use it this year.
