to me, it's between two teams - atlanta or utah.

i give the slight edge to utah b/c they have the biggest impact player on the defensive end of the ball in ak47. they have a ton of picks and boozer returning.

atlanta has a TON of cap room, a higher pick (as of now) and the two josh's so their in good position to set themselves up for the next decade.

who would you choose?

Utah since AK47 & Boozer are established player. If Utah has a good draft they will be very dangerous next year. They really need a PG but they'll take Bogut if they get the #1. And they have Jerry Sloan

who knows what becomes of Atlanta and their young players? they have no veteran leadership.

I'd probably go with Charolette. They have some nice young players with Knight, Wallace, Rush if they can keep him, and of course Okafor. On top of that, they have two early picks in the draft.
They're looking good for only being one year out of their debut in the league.

lets not get coy all of a sudden....ny is a lottery team. since zeke has a hard time picking winners during the regular season, maybe he'll get the off-season right.

Charlotte is my pick too...they have Okafor - if they get pick #2 they get marvin williams at the 3, and then at 13 they may be able to get raymond felton, webster, or mccants. imagine a point guard like felton with williams and okafor in the front court - drobjnak showed he has some game and gerald wallace is going be to pretty tight.

I'd like to be Charlotte too. Cap room and good rookies. The Knicks should fold and come back as an expansion franchise! That's the only way I see this team bringing themselves back to respectability.

Charlotte. Okafor is the next Duncan. Now all they need is a Tony Parker(felton?), Bruce Bowen, and a Manu Ginobli

Okafor is not Tim Duncan. He is more comparible to an Alonzo Mourning kind of player b/c of the athleticism. I agree that Charlotte ain't a bad team to be in the long run, as long as they play their cards right.

I agree I think its crazy to expect Emeka to be the next Duncan. It would take a lot just for him to be the next 19 & 10 Alonzo let alone 22 & 11 Duncan.

I still think Utah will be in better shape than Charlotte becuase they have more experience with AK47, Boozer, Okur and with Bogut or Chris Paul they'll be a force to be reckon with!
