i don't know if you call him a shooter, thats for sure. he has a lot to his game, but his first two years in school, he couldnt hit the side of a barn. he can play some PG though at 6-7 and he does have nice upside, but I would not consider him a marksman. I think Martell has a classic looking stroke, reminds me of jimmy jackson a bit.
