i'll just give it to you this way, Tiago Splitter is not a lottery pick, Im not sure if he is a first round pick. No team in the top 13 is going to guarantee this guy$, in fact, Im telling you, he would not even get off the bench with the Knicks, 6-11 9-11 6-0 I dont care how tall he is, he's not good enough to play NBA basketball right now. there were guys so much more advanced. I dont think its because Tiago so-called choked in his pre-draft workouts last yer, hes not very good. thats why those clips only show a small portion--his play, from what I saw, was terrible.

from the game i watched his team play on NBA TV a few weeks ago, i have to say i agree w/u...Splitter's a long way from being NBA ready imho...he's not nearly as aggressive a player as he's being billed in some scouting reports...he wasn't even the go to player on his own team down the stretch of that game...i agree, he'd probably end up being a #11-#12 player off the bench for this Knicks team if drafted.

I can say he's long and agile, runs the floor real well, I can see himbeing an excellent rebounder, but he should stay in Europe for 2-3 years for sure. I havent seen but 1 of his games, maybe I shouldnt jumop to conclusion, but an NBA lottrey pick better atleast score a frikin point in a big game like that against what I would say are NBDL+ players. some nBA pors, but no stars. Louis Scola is good, but also, i dont see nBA star there either in any way.

well we can watch them again manana, maybe he comes out big after this mess of a game. he did have one nice block and altered another shot:>( but baby, give me some points show me a game there. Lottrey pick based on what????? if he played Sean may, the score would be 11-1 May. whenever May got the ball back make it take it, he wouldnt give it back again. thats as best as I can explain it.

I said about a month ago that I was not impressed by this guy. I will reiterate for 100th time now that I think PETRO is ready and i've got a feeling Isiah is gonna pick him at number # 8.

I try to catch NBA International from time to time....along with any other European games that NBATV might broadcast.

I watched Lonnie Baxter give Splitter the business. Splitter didn't even play along time.

Spiro Dedes(sp?) The young dude on NBATV usually does the play by play and he voice and choice of words describe some of these players to a T. I guess they may have briefed him on Tiago Splitter before the telecast but he gets uncomfortable talking good about a player that clearly doesn't deserve it.

Same thing with that other 7'3" kid with the long name.

Whatever......at least we know Isiah won't be picking these guys.

Yep, that's what I told you about Tiago Splitter. He's not ready in my opinion. Anyway, yesterday he had a quiet game, but he usually plays better than that.

I am hoping that we get some more draft picks through a couple of trades, especially if it will be at the expense of Kurt and two other PFs. From what you guys are saying, this kid still has potentials, and with proper coaching, they can all reach their potentials. However, Petro is who the Knicks should pick. and with the second first round pick, Isiah should pick the one African kid, I can't remember his name right now....
