Offer Philly; KT & # 30 pick for Dalembert & their # 45 pick. Then offer the Bulls; Sweets & the # 54 pick in the draft for Chandler. Trade Penny, JYD & future 2nd rd pick to the Raptors for Rose, Alston & Eric Williams. Now draft Green with the lotter pick. Let TT walk away or trade for picks ( trade id # 2364299 ). Next year

C = Dalembert
PF = Chandler
SF = Rose
SG = Green
PG = Marbury
BENCH
C = Rose
PF = Mo Taylor
SF = Ariza
SG = Crawford
PG = Skip to my lou ( Alston )

IR
Williams
H2O

In 2 yrs we get rid of H2O, Taylor, Williams & Rose !
Isiah Thomas will lead us back to the playoffs in 2006 !!!

I don't see why Philly would want KT for Dalembert and pick swapping? I guess for their second unit, or when Webber isn't playing well, and hey already have Marc Jackson. We probably would have to give up the #30 and not get a pick back, which I would be totally fine with, I'm still not sure thats enough but it could be, you never know.

Sweets and a second rounder for Chandler, besides salries being waaaaaaay off, why would they accept that? That trade is a really bad trade for them, who needs a second rounder and a fat undersized PF, for a young defensive/rebounding machine?

Again, if they did it, I'd jump all over it, but it doesn't seem likely.

I don't think Chicago would go for that trade because I think they are set on keeping Chandler, I think Curry is going to be the one that they don't resign since him and Skiles don't have a good relationship. I dont think Philly wants anything to do with Kurt Thomas or Mike Sweetney in a trade for Dalembert. Philly has said they were going to go all out on matching any offer that he recieves (he's restricted) in free agency. I like the thoughts though, just not sure if either team would bite

Hey, early in the season Chicago supposedly wanted Sweetney. After how things have played so far, would you people trade Sweets for Curry?

Yeah I would, just becuase Curry is a center and I don't think Sweetney is EVER going to get over his weight problem. I know Eddy has that heart problem but its fixable and players have come back from it before. I'm really down on Sweetney, I dont think he'll ever be able to see the court for more then 25 minutes a game and the Knicks should trade him while his value is still fairly high and other GMs think they can work magic with him.

Chicago wouldn't, so why even discuss it? Sweetney hasn't proven a thing in this league yet...CHI has said they'd match any offer for Curry & Chandler, so unless we have something good to offer for either 1 of them, forget about trading for either 1 of them.

Philly said they will match any offer for Dalembert, and the way he is performing in the playoffs, they will probably say that double that, and then do it when he becomes a RFA. They also said he is untradable. Believe me, I love the guy and want him on the team more than anything, but we don't have a shot, unless we win the lotto and decide to go his way, instead of Boguts.

If we can take Bogut, forget Sammy!

Bogut is going to be the first or second pick without a doubt, the chances of the Knicks landing either park are far from remote. Obtaining players like Sammy or Eddy Curry in freeagent deals or trades are reality.
