is there any doubt that if dallas gets swept, finley and shawn bradley will be knicks next season?

Layden's no longer here. He would have to at least trade us one of their young players. Now that I would trade for any of those two, anyway...

Josh Howard is one tough bastard. He's in the Pippenesque mold. But, so far, his coverage on McGrady has been about as effective as a speedo on Tractor Traylor. Disappointing.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

Yeah, I'd gladly take Finley if we were getting one of their young players OR even without one of their young players involved if we were getting rid of one (any) of our PFs. He's still a 16/4/3 player on a 50 win team LOADED with scorers (esp at his position). I know he's aging. I'm okay with any deal that doesn't give up a key part of our future to get him (i.e., Marbury, Ariza, our lottery pick, probably Penny's and TT's expiring contracts).

micheal finley
05/06 - $15.94
06/07 - $17.27
07/08 - $18.59

who wouldn't want that? look at that AWESOME expiring deal in the summer of '07

Traylor is like a dancing elephant. The dude is so smooth and graceful, and he is so freaking huge!

If finely expired the same year as Allan it would at least make SOME sense. right now, Finley is officially an old 2 guard with diminished talents. I really don't think he is the answer and especially not at that price. I can't see it happening.

I'd trade TT or Penny for Finley- if they included about 6 first rounds pick spread out over the next twelve years.

unrestricted, mind you.

Now we are just creating threads based on nothing to say. dj, was it reported that the Knicks are looking to acquire Mike Finley, and Shawn Bradley. First, I don't even think Isiah, even considers Bradley in the NBA (very not his type of guy). Second, any move Isiah makes is one that you, me or the "media" haven't thought of, I am still waiting for the Walker deal to go through.
