Denver is a very deep team, is there a chance of trading for their #22 and 24th picks? Will it be possible to make a push after Nene?

Yeah, and delete Layden from our history and we could be contending for a championship right now...

Who would Denver want that we have? Maybe Crawford, but they already have Miller and their frontline is stacked with Forwards and centers so we would seriously be dealing from a position of serious weakness.

I know that, but why would Nene settles for backup or garbage time??? He should be a starter in this league, and N.Y. is the right place for him to be. But who can we offer Denver to get Nene out of there??? do they have a need for expiring contracts? furthermore, who can we trade to them for their draft picks?

They are going to have to re-sign Andre Miller, Earl Boykins, Francisco Elson, and DeMarr Johnson.

Mind you, Andre Miller will definitely be getting more than the MLE, and Earl boykins will either not be re-signed or will get as much as the MLE. Thats as much as 12-13 mil per year they will need to add on for those 2 players alone.

Demarr and Fransisco are gonna have to get a few million a piece too. They have cap space for it, but these resignings will put them at, or over the cap. I don't know if thats what they wanna do. They may wanna deal someone on their team and NeNe would make sense for them to wanna deal because they have a franchise talent at his position.

Crawford could work out for them, he would fit their style of play, I believe he would excel in it. Making the salaries match would be the toughest part.

no. Jamal and the lotto for Nene MIGHT work, if they didn't hate Jamal. And why on earth would trade Nene BACK to us?

If we were able to trade for Nene and draft a couple of bigs from this current draft, I.E., Petro and Taft, we would have been the biggest team next to Detroit. We would have had length as all positions...

He's underutilized on their squad and they need a good 2 guard. And Craw could work in that system with the kind of offense they play.

Jamal and the lotto for NeNe? are you on drugs? NeNe is a 7 and 5 guy, how is he worth a 17ppg all-star potential player AND a lotto pick which will ikely give us a NeNe caliber player or better?
