Dump our only really good player, and get what in return? What can we get That is even close to equal value?
Its so stupid to me that anyone could look at this team and see the ONLY player who gives consistant good to great performances everynight, as our problem.

We trade marbs and we will win 13 games next year. There are a number or ways to make god moves and one of them is the draft and we have someone drafting for us who is great at that.

Then a sign and trade for 1 or maybe 2 good pieces in the offseason and up to the deadline. We could turn things around in that way as well, building on what we have which is an unbalanced mix of talent. Balance it out with some things that we don't have, like size and athleticism, mainly both.

Get a coach with defense on his mind. We need a defensive scheme and some players to contribute to that. We need an offensive schem, a styler of play and some players who can play it.

Those 3 things seem to make much more sense then throwing everything away as if there is no hope. We are a bad team, but we could easily be 10-15 games better, even with minor roster changes and a coach.

um...Lebron is on his Rookie contract. By comparison Marbury made less than $4 mil on his rookie contract. You don't think LBJ will be making more money than Marbs when he becomes a FA? This is twisting the facts just a little, guns.
