I didn't see the game but is he really starting to develop that 3 pt shot?? In the beginning of the season he had no range what so ever.

And he's only 19. Please DON'T trade him unless you get a star in return (which I can't see any team doing).

His J is still very inconsistent. I would much rather see him completely tackle that mid range J and see him take very few 3 pt Js. I like how he has been reluctant to shoot the 3 but takes a lot of mid range shots. It shows he wants to learn to be a good shooter. It's like how Larry Brown said. Start from inside and work outside, and that's what Ariza is doing. I want to see him be a complete threat in terms of his shooting, and he's gonna have to learn how to shoot the mid range shot before the 3 to do that.
