As for Isiah being gone,the only way I see him being gone is if Phil Jackson comes in the off season and is given GM/coach duties as has been rumoured.I doubt he would resign and give up those millions to coach and I doubt another team would want him so bad that they would help buy out his contract.
History shows that GM/coaches rarely work in any sport but Id be willing to give it a shot.If anyone deserves the benefit of the doubt its Jackson.
If Isiah is here next year and it looks like a repeat of this season,I wouldnt be surprised if they make an offer before the season is over.
