While I disagreed in the past that Isiah should step in and talk to Herb about his rotation, it is now more evident than ever before that Herb is a desperate man. For Ariza to get a DNP (Coach's Decision) against the Raptors is extremely troubling. Now let me say this, maybe Ariza has an injury that I am unaware, but not to use him against a young team like the Raptors seems insane.
Personally I was hoping that Herb would see the light. If he thinks that winning the next few games will be the deciding factor in whether he returns as head coach, then he is a fool. TT is injured and still getting 30 minutes.

If Ariza isn't injured, Herb is showing that he has zero integrity, because he is putting his job ahead of the franchise's best interests. It's a freakin' disgrace. Since Isiah is letting it happen, he is equally responsible.

Ariza not getting burn is shameful, just shameful, why is herb killing these guys out there playing 40+ minutes? Herb is thinking about his job, I mentioned this before, I can't say if I were him, that I wouldn't do the same thing, but this is just BS.... It makes the games no fun to watch, i watch now to see ariza, sweetney and hopfully butler get some burn... Why was TT even playing tonight? I though he was shutting it down..

Because we need a coach. Ariza should be out there because he's more effective in a lot of ways than TT - thus, if Herb really wanted to win Ariza would be out there. New coach please.
