let's say we get the #1 pick overall. this may seem like a crazy proposal but knowing the jazz are DROOLING for bogut and they will likely have #4, would you do the following:

tim + #1

for

AK47 + #4?

and would they do it?

If they want Bogut extremely badly, maybe they'd do it. This would be a steal for us.

I would think they value AK more than they would Bogut.

hell yes i would do that...AK47 makes an impact in all 5 phases of his game (offense, defense, shotblocking, rebounding, passing)...there are very few players in the league that you can say that about if any...i doubt UTA gives him up for that reason.

depends. if AK47's knee injury will effect his play and make him a mediocre player for the rest of his career, I could see us makign this trade.

i don't think utah does this, but this is a type of deal isiah should offer and say "take it or leave it".

utah has $70+ mil in ak47. i think ak47 is a top 10 talent and worth it but he did get hurt this year. would the jazz look for a way to get out of a big $$$ deal? of course, i think their preference is to move okur or boozer first, but if they are all googlyeyed for bogut, maybe they bite.

Is Bogut the real deal. Or the best player in an average draft? I have to admit if I was O'Connor I couldn't sleep at all thinking about it though. I think he would try to make sure that AKA wasn't on the table but Isiah would have to insist anyway. But that would be a job killer for any Utah GM. I think in the long run AKA before injury for sure is a legit NBA all-star and has the real makings of being a superstar but that injury...
If it was up to Layden, he would seek Karl Malone's advice (sorry had to add that in there, can't forget that sealed the deal for KVH)
