Woud you trade KT and Jerome (4 and 3 years, repectively on their contract), for Ratliff (3 years) and Richie Frahm (FA at the end of next year).
Theo would make a great starting/backup center for us, and Frahm is just a throw in while Portland gets a PF that can work well with Telfair (or a very good backup in KT if Randolph gets his head straight) and a solid citizen in Jerome.
