After drafting Dajuan Wagner with our pick at #7, how about we trade Camby to the Clippers?

Draft Pick from ATL (7-9)

Then we pick Amare Stoudemire with ATL's pick .. It all works both ways because Clips are going to lose Kandi man to FA soon and Camby is there to compensate his loss .. There seems to be no good Centers in this year's Draft so might as well get a healthy Camby than an injured Chris Marcus right? Also, Clips have no problem getting skinny players .. Just look at D-Miles ..

On the other hand, we get two young guys who will be the cornerstone of the Knick organization .. Couple that move with a 2nd rounder like homegrown talent Lenny Cooke .. In the offseason, we sign a player like Jerome James or Loren Woods with our mid-level exception ..

Do the Clippers have any overpaid guys they do not want??? The reason I'm asking is because Camby makes about $8 mill I think so that means the Clippers would take on an extra $5 mill at least...

If the clipper would take on Camby why wont they keep all their free-agent. No the Clipps wont ake on 8mil.

Plus Camby isnt worth a lottery pick. He was injured the whole year.

Camby is injured the whole year, but not next year .. Next year is a different story and Camby would be %100 healthy by then ..

Clips can afford $6 mil for their starting Center since Kandi would be asking somewhere in the $11-15 mil range ..
