torn ligaments (plural) in his wrist according to NBAtv. I don't know if by "at least" they meant part of next season too or just meant the playoffs this year, but that sucks for the Bulls. I like Deng a lot, but he's had so many injuries. I wonder if it's just bad luck this year or if he'll be injury prone his whole career.

ouch that does take a long time to heal like richard jefferson and even worse when andrew lang destroyed ewing's wrist in 98. he would be a great starting SG who plays defense and scores. Maybe he's expendable with the emergence of gordon & duhon. If we don't land Bogut, green or taft I would not mind trading our pick & sweetney and co for Curry and Deng

I think it would take that much just to get Curry. I don't see us being able to get Deng too.

Can we still throw Frank Williams into deals?

I just heard a little more info on the injury. It's his right hand. He'll be having surgery and he'll miss the playoffs. They didn't say anything about next season. Hopefully he'll be okay by then. That would give him about 6 months.
