By those choices, I guess I got to go with Yankees/Mets.
I kind of like Indiana, but their fans bug the hell out of me so I hope they're swept. My only two other teams I root for besides NY are missing from this poll. Washington and Memphis.

i don't know who to agree with more. every loss is closer to a better pick, but i HATE the heat.

I used to hate the heat, but not anymore. I like the funnier shaq, and wade. I like Van gundy!

I hated Mournig, Tim bug, Riles, PJ, thunder dan,, etc etc!

But shaq makes me laugh, and he is genuine. Heat, rockets finals with the van gundy's!

I've never had a problem rooting for the Mets unlike the Nets. The Mets are in a different league unlike the Nets. Which means they can meet in the world series and it would be extremely exciting like it was the last time. Same with the Jets except its fun making fun of pennington and herm edwards.

Maybe because the Mets never had a better season than the Yankees and I didn't have to deal with bandwagon Mets fans who make fun of my team. I hate Nets fans, they're just flat out ignorant. The Mets have a true fanbase and the Jets do too. Net fans are bandwagons fans who don't even support their own team.

i take it you haven't been a fan back in '86? the Met fans had plenty to say to Yankee fans back then when they won the WS. I used to despise Met fans for that for the longest time, but now w/Willie managing that team, i've softened my dislike for them...but i still hate Pedro's guts & always love to see him get abused by the Yankee fans.

Whoa, someone else went for Dallas too, who did that? Every year when the Knicks are eliminated I pick whichever team appeals to me, regardless of how ridiculous the reason.. This year it's Dallas. I like DIrk, I want him to finally dominate the postseason. I like the athletic and tough core in Howard, Finley, Daniels, Terry, Stack, Harris. I want Damp to get it together big time in the playoffs. And I hate Phoenix and all ther crowing for picking up Nash so I want them to get handed their s**t by the Mavs!

Thank god for the Yankees, indeed.

Unlike the Knick dummies, the Yanks are the real deal, especially my fellow countryman, Mr. Hideki "Godzilla" Matsui.

I hope they play the Godzilla cry everytime Matsui hits a homerun at the yankee stadium. Go Yankees!

As for the NBA playoffs, I'm gona root for Miami.
