Ridnour/Daniels - Kerr/Harper: Ball control and outside shooting
Allen - Jordan: deadly scoring option
Lewis - Pippen: deadly #2 scoring option
Evans - Rodman: rebounding specialist
Radmonivic - Kukoc: Big F who can mix it up in and out and cover for the undersized PF.
James - Longley: big wide body to take up space

Bulls of course were a way better team. And they don't all play the exact same way as the player across. Pippen and Kukoc were better passers but the Euro style has Seattle playing team ball anyway. Not saying Seattle is going to have the success as Bulls. It just looks like Seattle took a page out of Bulls books. They might have done it on purpose or maybe not. But they both stop penitration, control the boards, and rely on a deadly 3 for scoring.

perfect example of what I am talking about with style of play. Take care of the ball, defend, shoot the 3 and maul the glass. People were like whatever when they traded Fortson/Booth but he fit into their style of play.

Whats our style again? Whats our goal when the game begins? What to we want to establish?

What was the Sonics' style of play *last* year? What was the Bulls' last year? Maybe it takes time

I'm with you on some of the rest, but this is just not true. You have to consider the defense and the clutch play these guys provided. Ray and Rashard don't even qualify as "lesser" Pippen and Jordan, they're nowhere near the same type of player.

Thats why they won't have the success of those bulls. Allen and Lewis may not have the defensive abilities of Jordan or Pippen even though they do a solid job of stopping penitration this season. Ray Allen proved first hand how clutch he is with that jumper over Tim Thomas. And Lewis killed us down the stretch in both games we played them in.

All around they may not be close to Jordan & Pippen but they both bring exactly what the supersonics need.
