Right now they have 7 games against teams with winning records (though they have 2 games with Indiana who has a borderline record), and 9 with losing records. Make your won loss predicitions

I said 10-6, for a final record of 39-43 (identical to last year) Good enough to get in the playoffs? Don't know. It does look possible that the Knicks could go undefeated at home the rest of the year. I had them split games with Jersey, Chicago and Indiana, but if they come out over .500 there that would be huge. I had them 2-2 on the road trip...I think GS might be kind of a tough/trap kind of game. Again if they come out over .500 there (possible) that's huge. 12-4 would be .500, and would probably get the Knicks in...

ditto. miss the playoffs by one game. of course, if Jamal gets hot at NJN, or Kobe is cold in LAL, or Rashard Lewis sits out tonight....

...I mean there's a chance to win say 10 or 11 games, but they'd have to play great ball. It would be the best stretch we've had with Marbury period, to win 13 out of 18 (counting the last two wins).

im gonna take the completely optomistic approach and say the knicks can very possibly make the playoffs. that is a very favorable scheduale and i think they will probably go about 12-4 and make the playoffs.

10 - 5 philly takes the 7th spot and we play the celtics to decide who takes the 8th spot...that game is a toss up...hoping knicks win.

You ready for this one? 13-3 with losses at Cleveland and both Chicago games (they've had our number).
But then again, that's only realistic (using that loosely) if we have our guys going all out every single game.
I'd like about 10 of those wins atleast.

Each and every game on that schedule is winable, IMO, although the games against the Nets will be tough.....I don't think 12 -4 is impossible njor do I think a record better than 12-4 is impossible just based on the level of comp. but I think 10-6 or 11-5.
