I'm going to with my initial thought process and take Nate Robinson, with a darkhorse candidate of Vincent Grier.
i would say save the pick for Nick Fazekas, but I think there is no way a 7-0 skill player lasts until 28 even if we promise it to him.

Both players fill a need, both are extremley athletic
Being realistic, not knowing if we would be able to trade down to get something like 16-17 for 8-9--I dont like ANy of the PGs up on the top and Nate reminds me of a 5-9 version of Dwayne Wade. Exciting player who can push tempo and give Marbury a break.

Grier is actually somewhat reminiscent of the bigger sized Dwayne Wade. Very muscular 6-5 athletic G who plays tenacious D and gets to the rim and finishes well over it at will. Both guys look like football players in terms of build and have a lot of NBA assets.

It's early to figure out who's gonna slot there there right now. I agree with you Fazekas but he'll probably be higher. Hopefully SA and Miami finish higher than the Suns so we can get 2 slots higher.

A list of some guys off the top of my head that I would be happy with taking, not necessarily in order:

-Francisco Garcia- good shooter off the bench.
-Channing Frye- Backup C with reasonable all around skills.
-Nate Robinson- Top notch backup G who should be as good as Boykins.
-Eddie Basden- I don't think a lot of the scouts are high on him, but I see him as a lockdown defender on the perimeter.
-Erazem Lorbek- 6'11 245 pound Euro with good all around skills. Profiles make him sound a but like Okur.
-Andray Blatche- 6'11 250 pound HS guy who can develop into a C.
-Ryan Gomes- Tough all around scorer who should find a niche in the NBA.
-Dijon Thompson- Also a nice shooter-scorer.

I don't watch him much to know if it's worth it, but what about Jarret Jack with the late pick. Someone brought it up on a different thread.
From the limited bit I've seen of him, he looks like he could be a solid backup.

He won't be around at 28. He'll be gone by 20 probably, maybe he'll go even higher if he has a great tourney.
