great pickup for Sacramento! A good rugged bigman who can rebound and block shots and score in double figures. A lot better than Steven Hunter! He does enough offensively whereas he's not a liability unlike Hunter. We should've gotten him instead of Nazr.

and look at Curry's statline today! 19pts 8rebs 5blks...if he played like that more often he'd be better than Nene...

Eddy Curry pisses me off. I had him on my fantasy team for the whole season and I dropped him last Sunday after his latest 6pt, 1 reb, and 8 TO game (or something like that)... then he has a chat with Skiles and now he's a beast?

If someone has this potential yet doesn't bring it on a *somewhat* consistent basis, AND he's in a contract year, I'd hate to see him when he does get his big contract

I think he never had to really work this hard in his life and he is too immature to finally understand that it's not just basketball but he has a job and an obligation to play his best basketball for the team he's getting paid from.....

It's been like 4 years now....Curry is a big and long kid with awesome footwork, quickness and a million and one post moves. He can out jump almost everyone at his position. He has wonderful hands.

Many good basketball player, not just in the NBA, all say the game is 90% mental. I truly believe that. Curry will be great when he finally realizes the big picture.....not just in the game but in life. Just because of potential he will get a nice long expensive contract.....still he will not live up to any of this untill he breaks out of high school mode and become a man.

I always liked Skinners game. I think he was doing real well last year with Philly.

and to think, Skinner's only 6'9"

Eddy Curry has zero heart. He has proven this by his play the entire season. Don't get me wrong, he's a beast on offense.... but have you guys seen him play D? He gets out-rebounded by Kirk Hinrich on a regular basis... he always leaves the easy boards for Antonio Davis and Othella Harrington...

As for him growing up and realizing... if Skiles can't get through to him, then I dunno who else can! I think if he gets shafted through free agency this off-season, he'll realize it on his own
