I honestly wonder what they are thinking and how I can be paid to write this stuff. Oh well...

Here's my favorite... with the #1 pick
1. Atlanta
HawksMartynas Andriuskevicius 7-2 C Zalgiris Kaunas (Lithuania) /
1986
An interior monster too tough to be contained, he's quickly becoming
a "Euro Shaq" in the eyes of many NBA scouts. Andriuskevicius can
pass exceptionally well for a big man, and can put the ball on the
floor as well. Plays equally well facing the basket, or with his
back to it. Range on jumper is growing and, while a very smart
player, he has much room to grow – especially on the defensive side.
Comparison: Chris WebberStats: 1.6 ppg, 1.2 rpg, 0.6 bpg, 0.3 apg Rookie season salary*: $3,483,100Ranking: 1st Center / 1st
International

Yes... he plays SO well he's tearing up the Euroleague to the tune of 1.6 ppg, 1.2 rpg, 0.6 bpg, 0.3 apg

Maybe he will fall to 29 and the Euro-Shaq will be OURS!!!!! MUHAA

Ha ha ha! This is the worse mock draft I had ever seen. Bogut going to the Sixers at 12 and Taft dropping to 27.

He goes to the Sabonis school for big men. And they hid him when Zeke went overseas to take a look. I wonder if he got a personal workout though. Hmmmm

I don't get the Euro stats either. I mean it seems like nobody put up big #s down there unless there like 28yrs old.

I'm not sure how much money is involved in hoopshype, I think they're in it for the love.

But, yeah, that lotto prediction is insane.

now on the other side there will definatly be some backlash from the Darko situation and a couple guys will fall to the early second round. Hopefully some stud falls like Lampe did and we scoop him up.

Lampe and stud should never be used in the same sentence except for this one!

I bet you $5 he becomes a nice servicable player a few years down the road.

Lol, Bogut at 12? Taft at 27? Some funny stuff...

If a "nice servicable player" qualifies as being a "stud" then half the players in the league are studs.

Not many people, including myself, never called him a stud. I had and really do have NO CLUE how he'll turn out. It's obvious he has a lot of talent b/c I've seen a little of him and he's got some skills. It all depends on how hard he works.

But I reacted to your comment b/c you sounded like you were completely writing him off, when in fact, nobody knows how he'll turn out yet.

That's pretty funny. The only thing I will say is that Euroleague players don't get any real playing time until they're considerably older, like 28... as NYNY said. So, he could be tearing it up (in practice) and just not getting the real minutes.

But #1 is a ridiculous stretch. I could see if he went in the late 20s.
