I don't think Bird would ever, ever, ever trade Artest to us. Even if the trade is fair, as the one you proposed is.

i know this is some sort of pipe dream deal but i would follow up this deal by buying another #1 pick and drafting a player AND going after gadzuric/hunter via the MLE.
