I could have sworn he was the starting PG in houston a couple of months ago. Did they waive him???

Last I saw he was on the Houston bench, on the injured list. I noticed that Frank Williams was activated in Chicago the other day.. let's see if he gets any playing time :)

Is Frank still fat? I thought he had potential to be a nice role player but I was disappointed in him when he came into training camp fat and out of shape
