When he was hitting the FT's at the end of the regulation and at the end of OT, it seemed like almost the whole place was booing. Sure, its not really all of MSG, but why was it thaaat loud? He wasnt having a good game, but the team was winning for the most part and you dont boo at those critical FT's at the end of the game.

What's going on? 1/4 of MSG was Laker fans? I though NY hated the Lakers.

I did see a lot of Laker fans cheering for the Lakers throughout the game.

Marbury definitely needs to become more consistent from the FT line. I was shocked that he rattled in 2 to win the game.

I was at the game. There were a TOOOON of Laker fans. It seemed like it was 50/50 at times. However, the fans did boo the Knicks during introductions. When Marbury was booed, it seemed like the whole building was booing him. I certainly wasn't. And then when he hit them, it seemed like the whole building cheer. It was a very bizarre night, in terms of the game AND the fan atmosphere. When the fans were leaving with 50 seconds left, and the Lakers down by 8?, I was thinking (How stupid are these people?) and I knew the Lakers were gonna make a run. Sure enough, they send it to OT.

I am certainly glad I didn't let the snow stop me from going however. It was a goodnight.
