Before the season started all of us agreed that Tiny Tim would be the X-factor for our Knicks. Unfortunately he stunk so bad and was totally off the radar. Including today's game, thats 3 good games he's given us and all three were wins. Now if he continues to play like this for the remainder of the season and steps up for the playoffs, how many of you want to trade his expiring ass and how many of you want to resign him. I am seriously undecided about this.

Definately wasn't forgotten. He was criticized pretty consistantly.

How about he puts up solid performances for a protracted period of time before we start even thinking about resigning him?

He's playing solid lately, but we've seen flashes from him before. How about some consistency in effort and performance? (Something he has yet to prove in his entire NBA career)

I'm really happy for Tim. with all the problems he has been having in his life it is good to see him playing like we expect him to.It seems with Herb as the coach he is running more plays for Tim.

Certainly full credit to TT for the way he is playing lately.

From the minutes that Herb took over as our coach, he said that TT would have been on the floor if he plays well. He is doing things that Lenny went away from for this kid and we are now seing the dividends. I am still not sold on TT yet, because he needs to show some consistancy. After the next 7 games I will tell you how I feel about him, whether or not we should keep or trade his contract.....

I am very happy to see him do well....

He's been shooting well and that's great but to really be a consistent contributer he's going to have to do more on D and the boards.

Look for him to do just that when he is struggling ofensively. 35 points IMO is just the doctor prescribed, especially in a night when Marb and Crawf are off...

Ditto to all the rest of the posts... the dude needs to show up every single game for the rest of the season.

His COUSIN and SISTER DIED!!!

Come on guys...I was willing to cut him some slack, and while I don't expect him to break out for 40 point games every time out, but being a threat is the key.

I'm pretty positive that one of his other family members said, what the fcuk, you suck, play better.

or maybe it was herb.

But I know he had to take his sister's kids after the passing and maybe he rearranged his priorities.

But now he is back and we are going to the second round.

the only way Isiah resigns him is if he scores over 30 every game for the rest of the year. If not he will be traded for another Marbury. so will Penny and co.

Look, I feel bad for his losses, but he is just not a good player in general.

He is a below average defender, and a bad rebounder.

His best asset is scoring, and he is not consistent enough with that. If he was a bench player, that would be fine.

However he is making starter money, and will probably demand stater money again.

I have no problem with TT resigned to a legitimate deal coming of the bench as a scoring spark, but not as a near maxed out starter.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

I agree...can we call it a truce...imagine if we are able to draft bogut, let tt and penny's salaries expire and we suddenly have cap relief.

then imagine is the penny and tt contribute and decide to come back for less money.

Wouldn't that be fantastic!?!?!?!

sorry I've been so defensive, but you have been pretty hard on me.

Go knicks.

Its all good man, just don't call people haters for having a different opinion then yours thats all.

Everybody here wants to win badly, but I have been rooting for the Knicks for a long time, and as I think soembody mentioned, have seen too many supestars bound for glory get drafted by other teams and saw those teams pass us.

I just want to have a team that I can proud of you know.

If the Knicks keep winning, I will be the first one to buy playoff tickets if there are any.

I have Marbury jersey, reagarless of what I say about him on the fourm becasue he is the Knicks best player, and I'm bound to support him simply because I'm a fan.

What I long for is the days when I could not just have a Knick jersey, but to also be proud of it. Like the way I was proud of my Stars, LJ, and Spree jerseys.

In any case, this has gotten out of hand the last couple of days, I'v said some things that arent right, and so did a lot of pepole, lets just hope Knicks get better somehow.

Can't change my sig yet though lol, sorry but just don't take it peronsally, you are not IT, and I'm sure he could care less about me not likin him, he will get over it lol.
