(I actually don't think he will) Should the knicks go after him? I know there are some Payton haters out there. As currently constructed we are a point guard and a shooting guard short, he could make better contributions than any other point guards available. I don't think he was happy in Boston even though there's speculations that after he clears waivers, he'll go back (that's probably because it's a situation that he's already familiar with).

I don't want him hell no! Rather have crawford be made fulltime PG if anything. Marbury is a fine PG as long as the team is playing well around him and right now they are. Not having Nazr certainly helps

I love Payton, but not as a Knicks. Although I would love for him to be Marburry's mentor, especially in the defensive end, but it will never happen.

it would be different if we were in the hunt for a playoff berth- but I don't think thats likely to happen.

Good luck for Gary- where do you think he'll end up? Miami, San Antonio?
